Website Security Policy
HypoDrive® is committed to protecting our customer’s privacy and personal information. Our website employs extensive security measures in place to ensure your private information and credit card details remain secure.
When you go through the checkout process you will notice that the address bar switches from “http” (unencrypted) to “https” (encrypted). This indicates that all information sent from your computer to our server is encrypted. The reason for this is to ensure that web pages that do not include sensitive information and are not used for transferring personal data can load up as quickly as possible.
We use the highest commercially available form of encryption (AES-256bit), that is commonly used by banking institutions. You can be assured that your personal information is kept safe. In addition, we do not hold onto any of your credit card details on our server.
We store the following credit card details in our databases:
- The Card Holders Name
- The Masked Credit Card Number (e.g. 512345XXXXXX2346)
- The Card Expiry Date
Credit Card transactions for HypoDrive® are processed by Fat Zebra, which is a Tier-1 PCI-DSS Compliant Internet Payment Gateway where all data is immediately encrypted and tokenized. We do not at any time store your full card number or the security code (CVV) in our systems.

Delivery Policy
- All orders for HypoDrive are shipped via Express Post, a service of Australia Post.
- 90% of items are dispatched within 7 days, allowing for manufacturing time, except when raw materials are on ‘Back Order’.
- Once dispatched you will be notified by email and a tracking number will be supplied.
- Progress of the delivery can be tracked on the Australia Post website.
- You should expect your delivery within 2-3 business days, however usually within 1 working day.
Refund and Return Policy
Due to the nature of products offered by HypoDrive® we are usually unable to accept returns, however every case is unique and we are happy to discuss your circumstances. Where the product is damaged or faulty we will arrange for replacement. For all enquiries regarding returns please contact info@hypodrive.com.au and include your order number which you can find on your confirmation email.
